Stride - I own a food cart. The cart has been in business for 17 ish year’s. I’ve owned it a little over a year. I’m planning on raising prices. Currently my prices are on par with others in my pod. The difference is I use mostly organic and local food. All my soups are from scratch. I’m worried that if I raise them I will be too far above the others and will lose guests. What’re some of the ways you all have been successful at raising prices?
